1. General Agreement By registering for and attending VIBE 2025 you agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions. Failure to comply may result in removal from the Event without a refund. 2. Registration & Payment All registrations are subject to availability and are only confirmed upon full payment. Registration fees are non-refundable, but transfers to another attendee may be allowed if requested in writing before September 15, 2025. VIBE reserves the right to modify ticket pricing, event structure, or availability at any time. 3. Event Conduct Attendees must conduct themselves in a professional and respectful manner. Harassment, discrimination, or disruptive behavior will not be tolerated. VIBE reserves the right to refuse entry or remove any attendee violating these policies. 4. Liability & Assumption of Risk Attendees participate in the Event at their own risk. VIBE, its organizers, partners, and venue are not responsible for any personal injury, lost or stolen items, or damages incurred. Attendees agree to abide by all local laws, hotel, and venue regulations. 5. Photography & Media Release By attending, you grant VIBE the right to use your image, likeness, and any recorded content for promotional, marketing, or educational purposes. If you do not wish to be photographed or recorded, please inform the event staff upon check-in. 6. Program Changes & Cancellations VIBE reserves the right to modify the schedule, speakers, or venue without prior notice. In the event of an unforeseen cancellation, registered attendees will be notified of rescheduling options or refund policies at the discretion of the Event organizers. 7. Privacy & Data Usage Attendee information may be shared with event sponsors and exhibitors for networking purposes. If you wish to opt out, please notify us at [support email]. COVID-19 & Health Policies Attendees must comply with any health and safety guidelines set by VIBE, the venue, or local authorities. Exhibitor & Sponsor Interactions Attendees engaging with exhibitors and sponsors do so at their own discretion. VIBE is not responsible for any business transactions or agreements made during the Event. 10.
