Reservation Process: DBaM Attendees are required to reserve their spot for the conference by providing credit card information during the registration process. No-Show Policy: DBaM Attendees who fail to cancel their reservation in writing at least two weeks (14 days) prior to the conference start date will be considered as "no-shows." In the event of a no-show, the credit card provided during the reservation process will be charged a fee of $500. Cancellation Process: To cancel a reservation and avoid the no-show fee, DBaM attendees must provide written notice of cancellation (with reply) at least two weeks (14 days) prior to the conference start date. Cancellation requests should be sent to the conference organizer via email. Refunds: DBaM Attendees who are also attending VIBE and who cancel their reservation in accordance with the cancellation policy will receive a refund of $500. Exceptions: Exceptions to the refund policy may be considered by the conference organizers in extenuating circumstances, such as documented emergencies or unavoidable conflicts. Any requests for exceptions must be submitted in writing and will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
